Our "Refurbished" instruments were inspected and tested at our supplier in the USA. Final checking, polishing and setup is performed here, in our shop. The manufacturer requires our supplier to mark “used” on the back of the headstock and assign it a new serial number.
We know that you might feel hesitant about buying a “refurbished” instrument. But thanks to our thorough inspection and setup process, we're confident in the quality instrument you'll receive. In fact, we're backing them up with a 1-year limited warranty. See our warranty page for complete details.
Any cosmetic "blems" or refurbishments are always noted in the listings. The pictures shown in the listing are of the actual instrument you will receive.
